London Gazette 17 July 1919 ‘For services during the War.’

H.M.S. CANADA was a battleship of 28,000 tons purchased whilst on stocks from the Chilean Government in September 1914. She served with the 4th Battle Squadron 1916-1917 and then the 1st Battle Squadron 1917-1918. She was present at Battle of Jutland 1916, and resold to Chile in May 1920.
