Lieutenant R. B. Michell, Royal Navy, O.B.E. (Civil) 2nd type; D.S.C., G.VI.R.; N.G.S. Palestine 1936-39; 1939-45; Atlantic with F&G clasp; War Medal, M.I.D.

Lieutenant Stocker was awarded D.S.C. for services in H.M.S. Galatea which shot down Zeppelin L-7 and fired the opening shots at Jutland; later in Cardiff, at battle of Heligoland 1917, surrender of German Fleet, leading the fleet into Scapa Flow, and service in the Baltic 1919. Ex Spink November 1989.

Lieutenant Michell won D.S.C. in action against the
Bismarck when in H.M.S. Maori. Ex Christies July 1990.
