Patrick Robert Wybault was born in 1790 and was appointed as a Clerk in the Commissary Department on 25 December 1809. Appointed Deputy Assistant Commissary General, 10 August 1811; Assistant Commissary General, 25 December 1814; placed on the half pay 3 June 1827.
