B.E.M. London Gazette 14 June 1946, Birthday Honours but believed to be for Meritorious service in Royal Yachts. The B.E.M. was presented by King George VI at Buckingham Palace on 31 July 1945. The combination of clasps on the Q.S.A. together with that for Relief of Pekin was only earned by one Midshipman, one naval rating and seven Marines from H.M.S. Terrible’s Naval Brigade. The silver Royal Victorian Medal has not been confirmed.
