Colony of Natal, silver medal presented to H.M.S. Natal from the people of Natal 1915, named on the edge (Frederick B. Townsend), lacking loop suspension; together with a bronze Great War tribute medal issued by White & Poppe Ltd, this named to ‘M. Ayres’, the first with heavy edge bruising and polished, therefore fine, second medal nearly extremely fine (2) £30-40

Presented in 1915 to the crew of H.M.S. Natal which subsequently caught fire and blew up in Cromarty harbour on 30 December 1915.
