18th Century, Warwickshire, Joseph Priestley, copper medal, 1783, on his 50th Birthday, by J.G. Hancock; Second Anniversary of the French Revolution, 1791, white metal medalet; Union Mill, Penny, 1796, stamped ‘15’ on reverse, additionally engraved ‘Reseat 5, Business 10, finish [15] the Day before you play, improve on all’ in fine running hand (DH 33, 34 [white metal], 37; BHM 251, 360). [3]. Very fine and better, last interesting and the legend perhaps referring to work carried out in the Union Mill (£40-60)
