BDM VII, 207); Inauguration of the Statue of the Duke of Orléans, 1845, copper medalet by J.J. Barre, 27mm (Col. 1395; BDM I, 130); Association Polytechnique, copper prize medal after B. Andrieu, named (Arithmétique et Algèbre 3e Année, 1er Prix, A. Vassan, 1847), 68mm (M. de P. pp. 66c, 117e); Italy, Rome, Sede Vacante, Jacobus Antonelli, 1846, silver medal, unsigned, 33mm. [4]. About extremely fine and better, copper medals lightly patinated, silver medals toned, last scarce (£50-70)

The first item is variously dated to 1845 (Brettauer) and 1867 (Forrer); the second item is dated 1842, although the statue was not unveiled until July 1845.

The Sede Vacante in Rome lasted for 16 days, from June 1 to 16, 1846.
