Maurice van Vollenhaven, Minister of State for the Netherlands in Brussels

Trandafir G. Djuvara (b. Bucharest, 1856); career diplomat who served Romania at her embassies in Paris, Belgrade, Sofia and Constantinople; was Romanian chargé d’affaires in Brussels from 1909 to 1920. Author of Traités et Conventions de la Roumanie, 1888.
