Waterloo 1815 (Abraham Thornton, 11th Reg. Light Dragoons) fitted with replacement steel clip and ring suspender, brooch marks to obverse, therefore good fine

Abraham Thornton was born at Calverley, near Bradford, and enlisted at Wakefield on 15 May, 1801. He served in the Peninsula in 1811 and 1812, and at the battle of Waterloo. He was discharged at Canterbury on 6 December, 1818. Sold with copy service papers.
