1914-15 Star (437 Pte., 8/Bn. A.I.F.); British War and Victory Medals (437 Pte., 8/Bn. A.I.F.) first letter of surname incorrectly impressed as a number ‘9’ on B.W.M.; together with named ANZAC Gallipoli 50th anniversary medallion, in original case of issue; Siver War Badge, reverse officially numbered ‘A28073’; war veterans bus/train pass; Returned Sailors & Soldiers Imperial League enamelled badge; photograph of recipient in uniform and several pieces of original documentation, good very fine (7) £120-150

Albert William Scollary enlisted on 26 August 1914, arriving at Gallipoli on 8 May 1915. He was reported as missing on 17 May 1915 and subsequently rejoined. He was discharged from the army on 27 April 1916 as a result of contracting tuberculosis. Sold with 26 pages of copied service papers.
