Military General Service 1793-1814, 1 clasp, Talavera (Wm. Kershaw, 24th Foot) minor edge bruising, otherwise better than very fine £600-700

William Kershaw was wounded at Talavera, 27th-28th July 1809, and became a prisoner of war. The muster lists record him as a prisoner of war until December 1811, after which his name is no longer recorded. Sold with relevant copies of regimental muster lists.
