M.I.D., London Gazette, 1 April 1941 and 23 June 1942.

Lieutenant John Keith Smith embarked for Greece on 10 April, 1941, and was reported missing, believed P.O.W. on 24 June. He was held prisoner in Oflag VB and Oflag VII B in Germany, being repatriated to the U.K. in May 1945 and arrived home in Sydney in August 1945. Sold with confirmation from Australian War Memorial records.
