Dubnovellaunus, Trinovantes, Dubnovellaunus, 1-10 AD, Stater, obverse crescents and wreath reverse celticized horse galloping to left, branch below, and pellets and ring motif above, below [this partly off flan], and to left of horse’s front legs, two pellets beneath head and one between neck and head, dvbovala[vn], 5.4 gm (VA 1650 var.; S.152). Good very fine, well centred, of vigorous style and unusually with an almost full legend, superior to the Strauss specimen
