CRIMEA 1854-55, 3 clasps, Alma, Inkermann, Sebastopol (N. Sedgely, 47th Regt.) officially impressed naming good very fine

Nathaniel Sedgely enlisted as a private with H.M. 3rd Foot in November 1842. Whilst at Constantinople he transferred to the 47th Regiment on 7 April, 1854, and served with them in the Crimea. He was sent sick to Scutari on 15 December, 1854, and died on passage from Scutari to England on 17 January, 1855.
