(1033605 Sjt., D.C.M. R.A.); Efficiency Medal, Territorial, G.VI.R., 2nd issue (1033605 B.Q.M.S., (D.C.M.) R.A.) contact marks, otherwise nearly very fine and better (8) £400-450

D.C.M. London Gazette 5 August 1915: ‘Acting Bombardier H. A. Creasey, 98th Battery, Royal Field Artillery. For conspicuous gallantry and consistent good service in the heavy fighting during April and May, 1915, east of Ypres, and particularly for great bravery on the 25th April, 1915, at Potijze, when, with an officer, he assisted to unload a burning ammunition wagon under a very heavy shell fire.’
