Thomas Richards is shown on the roll by Douglas-Morris as an Ordinary Seaman aboard H.M.S. Royal Sovereign and further entitled to the clasp for Copenhagen 1801, aboard H.M.S. Dart. Two other men of this name were entitled to the medal, one for 4 Novr. 1805 and one for Syria.
