WATERLOO 1815 (Stephen Brooks, 2nd or R.N. Brit. Reg. Drag.) fitted with steel clip and ring suspender, better than very fine

Stephen Brooks, a stocking maker from Hinkley, Leicestershire, enlisted for the 2nd Dragoons on 6th January, 1798, and was discharged on 13th October, 1816, having served throughout as a Private. He was present at the Battle of Waterloo where he was severely wounded by lance wounds in the left side and right breast.
