Memorial Plaque 1914-18 (George Walford Giles) very fine £40-60

George Walford Giles was born in Dulwich, Surrey and enlisted at Lambeth, London. Initially served as Private 197387 in the Army Service Corps. As Private 93477 in the 26th Battalion Royal Welsh Fusiliers, he was killed in action, France/Flanders, on 9 August 1918. He was buried in the Bellacourt Military Cemetery.
