Queen’s South Africa 1899-1902, 2 clasps, Cape Colony, South Africa 1902 (39465 Pte., 32nd Bn. Imp. Yeo.); British War and Victory Medals (331723 A. Sjt., 20 Hrs.) last two with official corrections to rank, initials and unit, good very fine (3) £120-140

During the Boer War, Private Andrew S. L’Amie served in the 146th Company 32nd Battalion Imperial Yeomanry. In the Great War he served in the 20th Hussars, being disembodied on 29 April 1919. His m.i.c. records that his British War and Victory Medals were re-issued after adjustment. With copied m.i.c. and roll extracts.
