Dr Paul-Fr.-Ch. Stroehlin (1864-1908) was the President of the Société Suisse de Numismatique from 1890 to 1908. His collection of Swiss coins offered for sale in these two parts (Pt II was devoted to foreign coins and medals) was one of the most remarkable and important ever formed
