Attributed to Algernon de Kewer Frampton, Colonial Agricultural Service, Agricultural Adviser to the Comptroller for Development and Welfare in the West Indies.
With C.M.G. bestowal document, 1 January 1952, with associated forwarding letter from the Colonial Office, 13 July 1953; together with W.W.2 Mention in Despatches certificate to Captain A. de K. Frampton, Straits Settlement Volunteer Force, published in the London Gazette of 12 September 1946, with a letter of congratulations from the Private Secretary to H.E. The Governor of the Malayan Union, 9 December 1947; also with letters (2) relating to the recipient.
