Denis Evelyn Cowles joined the Inns of Court O.T.C. in January 1916. Commissioned into the Royal Warwickshire Regiment in October 1916. Entered France in January 1917 and served in the 5th Battalion Royal Warwickshire Regiment. Served an acting Captain in the R.A.S.C. in the Second World War. With copied m.i.c. and some service notes.
