William John Woolmer was born and lived in Weekley, Northamptonshire and enlisted at Kettering. Serving with the 1/4th Battalion Royal Welsh Fusiliers, he died of wounds, France/Flanders, on 22 March 1918. He was buried in the Hermies Hill British Cemetery. Private Woolmer was the son of William and Clara Woolmer, of Rushton, Kettering. With copied m.i.c. and casualty details.
