Chief Stoker Bertie Victor Carr, H.M.S.
Vernon, died on 3 March 1946, aged 50 years. Buried in Portsmouth (Kingston) Cemetery. He was the son of Robert and Agnes Carr and husband of Alice Ada Carr, of Fratton, Portsmouth.
