Private John Duncan, Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders entered the France/Flanders theatre of war on 19 September 1915. With copied m.i.c.

Lance-Corporal John Haddow, 1st/7th Battalion Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders entered the France/Flanders theatre of war on 15 December 1914. With copied m.i.c.

Ronald Sutherland was born in Gorton, Manchester. A School Master by occupation, he attested for short service on 7 September 1914. As a C.Q.M.S. he entered the France/Flanders theatre of war in the 11th Battalion Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders on 9 July 1915, serving overseas until October 1917. He was discharged to a commission in the Labour Corps on 13 May 1918. His records indicate that post-war he purchased an Ostrich Farm in Australia. With a postcard wartime group photograph which includes the recipient, copied m.i.c. and a number of copied service papers.
