As a Lieutenant serving with 1st Lovat's Scouts, Arthur James Byrne landed at theatre of war, Gallipoli, on 7 September 1915. Later promoted to Captain. His copied Medal Index Card shows his home address as, Coney Byrne, Rathdrum, County Wicklow, Ireland". Sold with some copied research
