Military General Service 1793-1814, 8 clasps, Maida, Talavera, Ciudad Rodrigo, Salamanca, Vittoria, Pyrenees, St. Sebastian, Toulouse (J. Fryer, Serjt. Arty. Drivers) good very fine and a unique combination of clasps for this medal £1600-1800

Provenance: Glendining, July 1927 and February 1980.

John Fryer was born in the Parish of Lisburn, Armagh, and enlisted for the Royal Artillery Drivers on 2 May 1803, aged 16 years. He was discharged on 31 October 1816, in consequence of rheumatism, and admitted on the Pension List. Sold with copied discharge details.
