George Nisbet Lovell Knight, born in Quebec, Canada, served in the Boer War but was invalided to England in 1901. Re-enlisting into the R.F.A. on 16 September 1914, as a Warrant Officer Class 1 (R.S.M.) he was discharged due to sickness on 15 January 1919 and was awarded the Silver War Badge. With copied roll extracts.
