British War Medal 1914-20 (3) (6274 A/Sjt. T. W. Hunt, 8 Bn. A.I.F.; 3095 Pte R. G. McInnes, 13 Bn. A.I.F.; 523 Pte J P King, 13 Bn. A.I.F.) first with some contact marks, nearly very fine and better (3) £100-140

Thomas William Hunt enlisted at Ballarat on 6 May 1916. Embarked for overseas duty on 11 September 1916 and served in France. Returned to Australia in November 1919. With some copied research.

Robert Glen McInnes was born in Glasgow and enlisted into the 13th Battalion at Liverpool, N.S.W. on 9 July 1915. Embarked 30 September 1915 and transferred to the 45th Battalion in March 1916. Served in France and was wounded in action on 6/7 August 1916 but was able to rejoin his battalion a few days later. Returned to Australia on 5 April 1919. With some copied research.

Joseph King enlisted 2 October 1914 and embarked on 22 November 1914. Landed in Gallipoli, 25/26 April 1915 but was evacuated to Mudros suffering from enteric fever in July 1915. He was able to rejoin his battalion in Mudros in October 1915 and he then returned to Gallipoli. There he was buried following a nearby shell explosion. Being dug out he was evacuated to Lemnos. Suffering from shell-shock he was returned to Australia and discharged. He re-enlisted on 3 March 1917 but was discharged on 30 March being deemed medically unfit. With copied research.
