1st Huntingdonshire Light Horse (The Duke of Manchester’s) Trooper’s Full Dress Scarlet Tunic c. 1861, a scarce example, a rounded collar, pointed cuffs and seams all edged with white, silver bullion wire twist shoulder cords, the right sleeve with one silver lace band and three proficiency stars, the front with eight large size silver plated buttons bearing a ducal coronet over script ‘M.V’ over 1, two similar on the skirts, cuffs and shoulder cords retained with plain ball silver plated buttons (one missing), quilted lining, moth damage to the white trim, moth hole in the right sleeve and some staining £100-150
