‘P.C. 399 Dominic Nain bin Munting is hereby Commended for displaying outstanding courage and devotion to duty in the defence of Kalabakan Police Post which came under heavy armed attack by Indonesian Border Terrorists on the night of the 29th December, 1963. The attack was subsequently repulsed. One terrorist was killed and four wounded, one of whom was captured.’
