39th (The Garhwali) Rifles Regiment 1822 Pattern Rifle Officer’s Sword, the 82.5 cm bright blade with single fuller etched with a QVC foliate sprays, a strung and coiled bugle horn ‘XXXIX’ within the coil, crossed Colours and ‘William Smith XXIXth Hony. Surgeon’, regulation hand guard incorporating a Guelphic crown over a coiled bugle horn with XXIX within the coin, wire bound fish skin grip complete with its steel scabbard, very good condition £200-300
