Charles I, c. 1642, a plated copper medal in the style of C. Warin, bust right wearing decorative armour with lion shoulder-plate, rev. Aurora rides through the heavens in a chariot drawn by winged horse, 70mm, 76.27g (MI I, 292/107). Very fine, a hollow medal cast in two halves (air-hole on truncation), exceptionally rare £900-1,200
