Sold with letter from the D.L.I. Museum which states that this M.S.M. was awarded for gallantry at Costo, Italy, on 9 May 1918, whilst attached to 68th Trench Mortar Battery, and copy Medal Index Card which also shows entitlement to the 1914-15 Star.
