DOMINICA, Authority of September 1798, Moco or One-and-a-Half Bitts, a lightweight circular segment with 16 crenations, one side stamped with a script d radiate, small star within the loop of the letter, 2.18g (Prid 22A; cf. KM. 1); Authority of August 1813, Six Bitts, a circular centre segment from a Spanish 8 Réales, obv. countermarked with a crowned 6 raised within a shaped indent, 7.81g (Prid. 27; KM. 6) [2]. First good fine but a contemporary forgery, second countermark fine £100-150
