A Presentation Medal from Queen Victoria to Prince Edward (later Edward VIII) on his 3rd Birthday, 23 June 1897:

, Diamond Jubilee, 1897, a silver medal by F. Bowcher for Spink, crowned bust left, rev. crowned cypher in wreath, edge named (H.R.H. Prince Edward of York 23rd June 1897 Baby), and with painted inventory number w/sm/616, 38mm (Giordano 9, this piece; W & E 3477A.5; BHM 3523; E 1820i). Brightly polished, otherwise very fine and a unique royal award £2,000-2,500

Philip Attwood (
The Medal 23, Autumn 1993), states that this was the first medal Prince Edward (later Edward VIII) ever received
