Three officers and 10 other ranks of No. 11 Company, Commissariat and Transport Corps, were present at Abu Klea.

James Arthur was born on 21 August 1846. He served in the ranks of the Army Service Corps for nine years, and as a Warrant Officer of the same unit for twelve years, before being granted the honorary rank of Lieutenant on 4 March 1891. He died in Dublin on 13 April 1898. Sold with confirmation.
