Captain Sir Andrew Harvey Armstrong was born on 23 May 1866, and succeeded his father as the 3rd Baronet in 1899. Formerly a Captain in the 3rd Battalion, Leinster Regiment, he served as a Lieutenant in the South Irish Horse, Imperial Yeomanry, during the Boer War. In September 1914 he joined the 5th Service Battalion, Connaught Rangers. He died on 3 June 1922.
