Seven: Warrant Officer Class 2 R. M. Turner, Royal Canadian Artillery
1939-45 Star; Italy Star; France and Germany Star; Defence Medal, Canadian issue in silver; Canadian Volunteer Service Medal, with overseas clasp; War Medal 1939-45, Canadian issue in silver, these unnamed; Canadian L.S. & G.C., E.II.R., Canada (S/Sgt. R. M. Turner) silvered and gilded, mounted court style for wear, contact marks, very fine (7) £100-140

Ronald Maxwell Turner was on active service with the Canadian Army, 1 September 1939-30 September 1946, seeing service with the R.C.A. in the United Kingdom, Sicily, Italy and Northwest Europe. He was then on regular service with the Canadian Army, 1 October 1946-28 February 1966 and attained the rank of Warrant Officer Class 2. Sold with two Canadian Army Certificates of Military Qualification as Anti-Aircraft Instructor, dated 1953 and 1954; several photgraphs and copied service papers from both phases of his military service.
