Temporary Captain Ernest Oliver, Duke of Wellington’s Regiment, was awarded the M.C. for services in Italy.

With Buckingham Palace slip re. the Military Cross, named to ‘Captain E. Oliver, M.C. The Duke of Wellington’s Regiment.’ Also with card box which would have once contained the M.C.
