Defence of Jellalabad 1842, Flying Victory (Corl P. Caulton, 13th P.A.L.I.) impressed naming, original steel clip and straight bar suspension, nearly very fine £1000-1200

Patrick Coulton a Linen Wearer from Queen’s County, attested for the 13th L.I. on 29 November 1822, aged 19 years, 11 months. Discharged, being unfit for service, on 28 May 1843. 270 Patrick Coulton was present with the 13th Light Infantry during the Ava campaign in Burma, and in Afghanistan at Ghuznee, Jellalabad and Cabul. He was serving in Jellalabad on the 7th April, 1842, with Captain H.C. Wade's company. With copied service papers.
