James Bruce Edwards served in France with the 9th Essex Regiment from 30 May 1915. He was commissioned 2nd Lieutenant in the 23rd Manchester Regiment on 28 December 1916, and subsequently into the Royal Air Force. Sold with copies of both his Medal Index Cards and service record.
