Second Lieutenant John Kinmont Ferrier died of wounds in France and Flanders on 23 August 1918 whilst serving with ‘D’ Company, 13th Battalion, Rifle Brigade. Sold with eight pages of copied detail from his P.R.O. correspondence file which confirm that he was previously wounded in action in March 1916, whilst serving with the 23rd Battalion, Royal Fusiliers.
