Queen’s South Africa 1899-1902, 1 clasp, Cape Colony (30107 Bomb., 2nd S.D. R.G.A.); China 1900, no clasp 30107 Corpl., 62nd Coy. R.G.A.); British War Medal 1914-20 (30107 W.O. Cl. I, R.A.); Army L.S. & G.C., G.V.R., 1st issue (30107 2/Cl. Mstr. Gnr., R.G.A.) some edge bruising and contact marks, nearly very fine and better (4) £260-300

Warrant Officer Class 1 Frederick William Templeton, R.G.A. entered Singapore Straits Settlements on 4 August 1914. Later served with the R.G.A. in Malta. The B.W.M. confirmed on his m.i.c. as his only medal for the Great War. Commissioned a Lieutenant in the R.G.A. on 26 November 1918.
