Edward Thomas Rossington was born and lived in Blankney, Lincolnshire and enlisted at Derby. Serving with the 2nd Battalion Nottinghamshire & Derbyshire Regiment, he was killed in action, France/Flanders, on 13 June 1917. He was buried in the Philosophe British Cemetery, Mazingarbe. He was the son of Henry and Hannah Rosington of Blankney, Lincoln. With copied attestation papers and other research.
