Charles Reed enlisted on 26 September 1914. Serving in the Durham Light Infantry, he entered the France/Flanders theatre of war on 20 August 1915. He was discharged on 3 December 1917, aged 21 years and awarded the Silver War Badge. With copied m.i.c. and roll extract.

Private Benjamin Burstall, Northumberland Fusiliers, entered the France/Flanders theatre of war on 15 July 1915. Later served in the Durham Light Infantry and was discharged to Class ‘Z’ Reserve. With copied m.i.c.

Private Henry W. Barber, Royal Dublin Fusiliers, entered the Balkan theatre of war on 7 August 1915. Later served in the Labour Corps. Discharged on 16 September 1918. With copied m.i.c.
