Thomas Herbert Morgan was born in and enlisted at Margate, Kent. Serving with 10 Field Ambulance, R.A.M.C. he entered France on 23 August 1914. With the same unit he died of wounds on 16 June 1915, aged 31 years. Mentioned in despatches. He was buried in the Wimereux Communal Cemetery. Staff Serjeant Morgan was the son of Herbert and Anna Morgan of 14 Vicarage Place, Margate.
