One Pound, 1 October 1870, no. 42419, 43 branches, cancelled with ink strokes on front, annotation on back that the right half of the note was found in March 1871 by Catherine Clifford, fish dealer (Pick –). Split and rejoined at centre, good fine to about very fine (£150-180)
