1st Hampshire Rifle Volunteers Insignia c. 1877 - 1885. Three fine quality and scarce items, all featuring the QVC over a plinth ‘Hampshire’ over a cross, this bearing a circular strap ‘1st Rifle Volunteers’ and enclosing the Hampshire Rose. The first being an officer’s die stamped silver plate example (5.6 x 4 cms), two loop fasteners (crushed), a similar other ranks example in die cast white metal of the same size, two loop fasteners, the third in die stamped white metal is 2.9 x 2.1 cms, two loop fasteners, very good overall condition (3) £260-320
