Captain John Denison Henry Bell was killed in action near Tobruk on 15 December 1941, aged 26 years. He is buried in Knightsbridge War Cemetery, Acroma, Libya. He was the son of Roland Stanley Bell and Margaret Stavert Denison Bell.
